Before your first class
Is the first class really free?
Yes. Your first class is free. Book it here, or (559) 354-3800.
Do I need any experience?
No. Both gyms have beginner jiu-jitsu (fundamentals) classes (at Dethrone Fresno: Mondays, 6–7 PM; Wednesdays, 6–7 PM), boxing is for all levels, and judo at Dethrone Fresno is beginner-friendly, with drills only and no sparring. More in New to training.
Can my child take the free class?
Yes. Kids classes are for ages 4 to 14. Pick Kid in step 3, and put the parent or guardian’s name in step 4. See kids classes and parents’ questions.
What should I bring?
