What we teach
Our classes
Beginners and Advanced classes, for adults and kids.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an art of ground fighting where you can learn submissions. Classes are taught both with and without the gi. We offer Beginners and Advanced classes to help you progress to your next goal.
Muay Thai / Kickboxing
Muay Thai is a striking sport where they not only punch but also use kicks, knees, and elbows. The Kids and Adult classes teach the art and make sure you get a sweat in at the same time.
Boxing
Our Boxing program is the perfect class to learn the sweat science and get in shape. Classes are offered for both adults and kids, all levels.
Wrestling
Dethrone Wrestling is considered the best independent club team in the Valley and one of the top wrestling clubs on the west coast. We offer Beginner classes that will teach the basics. Our Advanced training attracts some of the best youth wrestlers in California and is for those who are interested in competing.
HIIT
Get in shape like a pro! Top professional MMA fighters need to be in great condition in order to compete at the highest level.
Kids classes
Kids classes for ages 4 to 14: jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai and kickboxing, and boxing at both gyms, plus beginner wrestling at Dethrone Fresno. A fun, family friendly environment.
Also at Dethrone Fresno: women’s jiu-jitsu (gi), judo (gi) on Thursdays, and a Saturday jiu-jitsu open mat where all are welcome.

Amazing location with spring board mats, multiple black belts, lots of former pro fighters teaching the class, they have a top of the line wrestling club, two awesome boxing coaches with different styles. It’s a great atmosphere !!! Glad we signed up

A different workout
At Dethrone Mixed Martial Arts, our goal is to teach our students real self defense while getting them in great shape.
Although several of our members compete at a high level in their sports, we mainly have average everyday folks that are tired of the old gym routine. We have a fun, family friendly environment that offers a different workout experience.
